What is it?
The Good Grocery Guide's Products List contains products with accompanying symbols which highlight why the product is considered ethical. Some of the products are more widely available than others, but generally you will be able to find the products at most supermarkets, health food stores and pharmacies. We encourage you to contribute information regarding ethical products and companies for future editions of the Guide.Email info@goodgroceryguide.org.au

National Packaging Covenant (NPC) signatory
The product is manufactured by a company which is a signatory of the NPC. The NPC is a voluntary agreement between government andindustry for reducing packaging waste in Australia.

NO genetically engineered (GE) ingredients
The product is free of genetically engineered (GE, also known as GMO) ingredients, as stated in the Greenpeace True Food Guide or on the product's label.

Certified Organic
The product has official certification with either the OGA, NAASA or OFC. Organic products are also GE Free.

Choose Cruelty Free
- Applicable to non food items only.The product is not tested on animals. The product is on the Choose Cruelty Free (CCF) product list. CCF is an independent, non-profit organisation which seeks to promote a cruelty-free lifestyle.
